What types of flexible workspace products does Leicester Creative Hub provide?

Offering a range of office space and workspace solutions in Leicester from 3 commercial properties focused on delivering affordable space for creative businesses and individuals.

Offices for rent range in size from approximately 155 sqft to approximately 1,600 sqft and a selection of shared studio spaces are offered, too.

As opposed to renting office space in Leicester on conventional leasehold terms, the offices are rented on shorter 2-year lease terms.

Other spaces can be leased on very short one-month lease terms and can be let on one-year licences, depending on the bespoke needs of the business and the property in which the space is taken.

Occupiers enjoy 24/7 access to their workspaces and can choose from a range of internet and telephony packages.

As these are effectively leased offices (albeit flexibly leased) property overheads such as business rates and electricity are charged separately.

All spaces are unfurnished and delivered as a blank canvas, however, furniture packages can be arranged, if preferred.

Meeting spaces for up to 40 people are available to hire also.

The highly-equipped spaces are available for a wide range of uses and are increasingly popular with businesses engaged in hybrid working that require spaces in which to pull together remote working team members for ad hoc collaborative work.

There is also a suite of smaller meeting rooms available that will accommodate 7, 14 and 16 people.

Catering services are also available for meetings.

LCB Depot is also a virtual office provider offering registered Leicester city centre business addresses without the requirement of renting a workspace.
