Offices for rent range in size from approximately 155 sqft to approximately 1,600 sqft and a selection of shared studio spaces are offered, too.
As opposed to renting office space in Leicester on conventional leasehold terms, the offices are rented on shorter 2-year lease terms.
Other spaces can be leased on very short one-month lease terms and can be let on one-year licences, depending on the bespoke needs of the business and the property in which the space is taken.
Occupiers enjoy 24/7 access to their workspaces and can choose from a range of internet and telephony packages.
As these are effectively leased offices (albeit flexibly leased) property overheads such as business rates and electricity are charged separately.

The creative hub is part of Leicester Creative Business Depot which was established in 2004 and is owned and operated by Leicester City Council.
It is part of a 3-property portfolio offering workspace to creative businesses and individuals in Leicester.
As well as offering a range of office space and workspace solutions, the portfolio also provides meeting spaces that will accommodate up to 40 people that can be hired for businesses for a range of activities.
The hub offers a range of spaces in Leicester’s Creative Quarter and also hosts a wide range of events and exhibitions throughout the year.

The Leicester Creative Business Depot, Maker’s Yard and Phoenix Square Workspaces have been operational since 2004, 2013 and 2009 respectively, and are owned and operated by Leicester City Council, so creatives know that they are being looked after by experienced workspace providers.
