Created in 2012 with the purpose of providing London’s best value workspaces for people to build life-changing businesses, its founders grew the portfolio of Mainyard Studios properties to 8 by 2022.
Creating coworking spaces, private offices, makers spaces, and music and podcasting studios designed to help creative entrepreneurs become the success that they deserve.
Built on the belief that every entrepreneur deserves a professional working space at an affordable price in order to build an exceptional business.
The creative professional workspaces are award-winning and the buildings they choose include canal-side re-purposed print factories and other regenerated commercial properties with tons of character.
The operators of Mainyard Studios put energy into getting to know all of the business owners in their spaces so that they can connect them with the people and the resources required to help them to grow their businesses.
They have an aim to help small business owners and creative professionals save money and create a supportive and friendly yet dynamic community to make great things happen.
They have first-hand experience in growing a small business and have grown themselves to create both physical and virtual communities out of seven properties in Enfield, Hackney Central, Hackney Wick, Leyton, Tower Hamlets, Walthamstow, and Wimbledon with an eighth, in Leytonstone, opened in 2022.
