Who are Malik House?
Established in 2010, Malik House opened its first business centre in Bradford on Manor Row and, in 2013, opened its second business centre within a former mill, Oakwood Court, in Bradford – the city that is proud to be named as the UK’s City of Culture for 2025.
Also in 2013, the Yorkshire workspace operator acquired Crown House in Leeds – the former Crown Paints head office building close to the Inner Ring Road and the city centre.
In 2017, the company went on to acquire Harrison House in the HX1 postcode district in the centre of Halifax.
Through its acquisition and refurbishment programs, it transforms characterful properties into modern workspace facilities that offer serviced office space, large-scale hot-desking areas, meeting rooms, conferencing facilities and storage areas with CCTV, biometric access, high-speed broadband and car parking facilities.
