Facts about Kitt
At Kitt, businesses are offered a bespoke approach to finding the right private office.
Initially, the team at Kitt works with landlords to find perfect blank canvas buildings in desirable locations across central London. Then, once you’ve found the location that’s right for you, you can put your stamp on the space, with design, layout, and facilities to suit your brand and business needs.
Through consultation with Kitt, businesses can ensure their unique needs are taken care of — no matter how big.
Once the office has been set up, Kitt takes care of the management, so you don’t need to worry about day-to-day operational issues.
Each managed private office provided by Kitt will include a number of benefits and on-site facilities.
While facilities at each office may vary, clients will enjoy 24-hour access, security, intercom, break-out and social areas, gym facilities, showers, roof terraces, and complimentary fruit and snacks.
In 2021, Kitt announced a partnership with Workman to further develop their offering of workspace with exceptional customer services. The partnership’s aim is to “offer a unique blend of operational, design, management and experiential services” to occupiers.
They also announced, in June 2021, that they had raised a further £3.6 million in seed capital to help them further roll out their ‘office-outfitter-as-a-service’ offering.
In December 2021, the company announced that it had raised a further $8.16m in Series A funding enabling it to grow its team and further develop its full-service product.
