The company offers a range of private office and coworking space membership options as well as hireable meeting rooms and virtual office solutions.
The Private Office Space membership provides lockable serviced office suites that are suitable for businesses requiring space for between 1 and 50 desks.
Clients enjoy 24/7 access to their offices and a wide range of shared facilities within the business centre, and the office rental fee is fully inclusive with no hidden surprises.
The company also offers Large Scale Office Space for companies requiring space for 30+ desks.
This is a blank canvas customised office space that is managed by Mantle.
Clients can choose from suites that range in size from 1,200 sqft and can tailor the fit-out, layout and infrastructure, to suit their brand’s identity and specific requirements.
Clients can also choose which services they would like to have included within their monthly rental fee such as call answering, cleaning services and so on.
The Managed Office Space Solution creates a customised hybrid of serviced office space and leased office space – providing the flexibility and efficiency benefits of serviced offices combined with the autonomy and security afforded by rented office space.
Co-working Desk Spaces are also available in the shared workspace zones of Mantle’s business centres. The Dedicated Desks are always reserved by the member and are available on short-term contracts with no long-term commitment required.
In response to the pandemic, Mantle created a unique workspace product for remote and hybrid workers that is also popular with freelancers and start-up founders.
The Home-Flexi membership offers the use of office space at short notice, the use of desk space in a hot desking business lounge when required, meeting room use and a registered business address when required.
For even more flexibility, the pricing of this product is tiered so the cost is dependent on the number of days per month the various workspaces are required.
Mantle is also a virtual office provider and has created a range of packages that offer a registered business address as well as telephone support.
The business centre operator also offers a wide range of bookable highly equipped meeting rooms across its UK portfolio. These will accommodate up to 24 guests and a full range of catering services are available, alongside support from reception teams.
