What type of office space does Mentec provide?

Mentec offers office space to let in Bangor city centre however the leases on offer are relatively short by market standards and the rent payable is not subject to VAT.

Typically offering 3-year office lease terms with no rent review process during the term providing rental stability for the tenant.

Typically, an ingoing tenant will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent at the commencement of the lease and this will be returned to the tenant at the end of the tenancy, subject to compliance with the terms of the occupational agreement.
