Managed offices with 10 desks, 25 desks, 75 desks and larger are available and the monthly licence fees are inclusive of business rates, services charge, cleaning, dedicated fibre optic Wi-Fi, and other essential components needed for the day-to-day running of an office.

The office licence fees cover rent, service charge, cleaning, internet and other overheads that would be managed and paid for separately when renting an office on a conventional leasehold basis.
MetSpace works in partnership with its clients to provide a modern workspace best suited to their bespoke needs and create offices of all sizes from 10 desk offices to 100+ desk offices.

Differentiating from a standard serviced office due to the high level of customisation a client can add as well as amenities that can be incorporated into the space such as meeting rooms and kitchen facilities, managed office tenants do not share communal amenities and facilities.
However, similar to serviced offices, occupation comes with no hidden costs, items such as business rates, service charge, internet and cleaning and other essential components needed for the day-to-day running of an office are all covered by the monthly licence fee.
