Mindspace’s coworking solutions include four flex space products that are based on company size and budget. These solutions are: ‘Desk’, ‘Private Office’, ‘Team Suite’, and ‘Customised Space’.
Desk – This membership provides either a dedicated desk or a hot desk within a vibrant professional coworking community.
Private Office – This plug-and-play office space solution provides private office suites in a full range of sizes and allows companies to upsize or resize at short notice.
Team Suite – These are quiet and secure office suites that are adjustable and can be redesigned to fit a company’s culture and workstyle. The ready-made managed office suites can be divided and partitioned to suit an occupier’s requirements.
Custom – This is bespoke managed flexible workspace that is designed and planned with Mindspace’s team of architects and designers. This is customised and branded workpsace that reflects a business’s unique culture, work and brand. These suites have their own kitchens, meeting rooms and private executive offices and are best suited to companies with 40 – 500 employees.
In March 2021, Mindspace launched its Hybrid product which offers a range of on-demand office solutions for companies and individuals who work under a hybrid working model.
Other flex space packages provided by Mindspace include the virtual office package that allows businesses to establish themselves at one of their addresses. This service includes mail and package and handling that protects the privacy of private home addresses.
Mindspace also provide a ‘Pass’ membership that provides access to Mindspace properties for a day at a time.
Mindspace also provides meeting room hire. Meeting rooms are available in a range of sizes and are suitable for off-site sessions, workshops, lectures, and casual meetups.
Mindspace’s event spaces are delivered with catering, DJs and AV equipment, and a range of spaces can be used throughout their portfolio.

Mindspace advised that it would be using this investment to continue its expansion in Europe, the United States and Israel.
In 2022, the flex space provider opened two new locations in Berlin and announced the opening of its first location in Dusseldorf – the 40,000 sqft space will offer over 600 workstations available on flexible contracts.
