Orega provides serviced office space to rent in prime office locations in London and across the UK.
The serviced office provider also offers a range of other flexible space products including hireable meeting rooms, event spaces and virtual office packages.
Orega creates design-led space that focuses on hospitality and offers a wide choice of different working zones within its buildings. It offers large meeting room suites and collaboration zones and endeavours to offer office more office space per person than other providers.
Its spaces are also equipped with premium facilities and amenities such as shower and changing facilities, bicycle storage and barista-quality coffee.
In March 2023, the operator announced the opening of 330 Holborn Gate which provides 550 workstations and, in June 2023, Orega announced the opening of its 5th flexible workplace building in London with the opening of its 27,832 square feet of space at 70 Mark Lane in the City offering 520 desk spaces.
In July 2023, the serviced office provider announced its new flex space in Newcastle – the 22,500 square feet of workspace at No. 2 St James Gate would provide 400 workstations and would open in the autumn of 2023.
In August 2023, Orega announced that it would be opening its 3rd flexible workspace in the City of London at 51 Lime Street in the heart of EC3.
The flex space operator would take 36,000 square feet of office space on the 6th and 7th floors of 51 Lime Street, also known as The Willis Building, and, as well as private serviced offices and coworking desks, would offer space for collaborative working, a restaurant, a terrace, and meeting and event rooms.
Following this expansion drive, Orega’s portfolio grew to offer over 500,000 square feet of flexible office space in the UK and led the company to become one of the largest providers of flexible workspace under Management Agreements (as opposed to office leases).
In March 2024, Orega announced that it would be opening its second Leeds site following the sign of a 10-year lease at Leeds’ landmark Broad Gate mixed-use scheme.
