Office suites are available to suit requirements for space for up to 25 desks.

The offices are available via flexible licence agreements with a 3-month notice period.

The rental is inclusive of the following items, 100 MB broadband, free landline telephone calls, access to shared kitchens, cleaning, maintenance and service charges.

The office rent is also inclusive of water, gas and electricity.

Occupiers enjoy 24/7 access, the peace of mind that the properties are protected with 24/7 security and also enjoy the support of professional reception teams.

The workspace centres also offer a range of coworking desk space rental options.

For those that would like the benefits of being a part of the vibrant community but would not like to rent desk space or office space, there is a range of virtual office packages available, also.

These offer an Oxford registered business address, mail forwarding and call handling services. The virtual office packages also provide access to in-person and virtual business support and discounted meeting room hire rates.

About Oxford Centre for Innovation (OCFI)

Created by the Oxford Trust, the Oxford Centre for Innovation is a thriving science and technology start-up community hub in Oxford city centre.

The centre offers flexible office space solutions, virtual office packages, meeting rooms and technical workspaces from its central Oxford location and also provides access to unique business support services.

Offering 25,000 sq ft of office space for rent in Oxford, the centre for Innovation can provide business accommodation for up to 30 companies.

Individual private offices will accommodate teams requiring space for between 1 and 25 people and there is a suite of meeting and conferencing rooms that will accommodate up to 40 delegates.

The Oxford Trust, which is a charitable trust that encourages the pursuit of science and enterprise across the region, also manages the Wood Centre for Innovation which is based in Headlington’s Health and Life Sciences District. Members who join the Oxford Centre for Innovation simultaneously become members of the Wood Centre, providing alternative spaces to work and meet.
