About Park Slope Desk

Located within a historic brick carriage house that was once a turn-of-the-century motor repair shop, Park Slope Desk is an industrious space for the 21st Century.

The co-working facility provides a silent workspace with a focus on focus and so is also used as a study hall and as a sanctuary for writers.

Understanding the distractions of working from home, the founder Cosmo Lee, created a space where members can reclaim the ability to concentrate and focus on writing, working, studying, and creative thinking.

It is not a social club so you won’t find meetups or ping-pong tables, however, it is a space to work without the isolation of working at home or in a coffee shop. A place where members can truly work alone, yet together.

The founder advises that Park Slope Desk be used like a gym – where you would go for an intense body workout. Members drop into Park Slope Desk to do intense and deep work in a friendly atmosphere.

And whilst there isn’t a calendar of networking and social events lined up, Park Slope Desk loves to celebrate the successes of the community and will use its social media platforms to shout out members’ successes such as book launches and others.

As part of endeavoring to be a Covid-safe working environment, Park Slope Desk asks that all members be vaccinated.
