What types of flexible workspace products does Plus X provide?

Plus X offers a range of office spaces to rent in Brighton.

The studio offices will accommodate teams of between 2 and 20 people and can be combined for larger teams.

These provide a private office space with its own front door. The rent is all-inclusive and occupiers enjoy access to all of the shared workspace facilities throughout the building.

The serviced private studio offices are available on monthly rolling contracts.

Large leased offices are also available offering approximately 6,700 sqft and will provide space for businesses with 70 to 150 people.

Although this is rented office space in Brighton held by way of a lease, tenants at Plus X enjoy full use of the shared facilities of the property.

Some of the shared facilities include highly equipped high-tech meeting rooms for 3-30 people that are ready for both in-person and virtual collaboration.

Plus X also offers a range of flexible desk membership options including floating desk memberships that provide 24/7 access and resident memberships with a permanent desk and lockable storage.
