Private offices range in size from approximately 90 square feet to approximately 600 square feet and rent is charged on an all-inclusive monthly fee basis.

Primrose Hill Business Centre offers immediate occupation upon signing a licence, subject to one month’s rent in advance and one quarter’s returnable deposit. Tenants commit to six months and beyond that, there is a two-month notice period.

The office rental fee is inclusive of maintenance, repairs, cleaning, water and business rates, and tenants enjoy call and mail handling services.

Tenants also enjoy 24/7 access and the use of communal space such as the kitchen facilities, and meeting room.
