Rise chose a 120-year-old historic structure in East Austin from which to carve out its 9,000-square-foot flexible office space.
The professional workspace provider hired the services of Forsite Studio, an interior design firm, to transform the characterful building into an open and flexible office space capable of accommodating a fast-paced work environment.
The space has been featured in the international office design magazine, Officelovin’, which described how the designers successfully used combed wood siding to inject a visual warmth to the space and installed ample glazing to ensure all workstations are within proximity to daylight. They positioned ‘hanging gardens’ in the central work area, creating a healthy, green and vibrant working environment, whilst phone booths allow for quiet, private conversations.
Having been formed in 2024, Rise offers a fresh perspective on the flexible office space market in Austin. With the backing of Easy Street Capital, it has been able to bring its learned experiences to life, ensuring some of the best office space in Austin for its diverse roster of clients.
