What types of flexible workspace products do Safestore provide?

Safestore provides flexible office space for rent on short-term leases at over 50 of its highly secure facilities across the UK.

The offices are not fully serviced although the office suites are carpeted, are fitted with telephone points, and are equipped with shared toilet and kitchen facilities.

The unfurnished offices are held by way of flexible licences meaning that tenants can upsize or downsize their office space footprint with ease, and can also arrange occupation within a short amount of time relative to rented office space on a leasehold basis.

Office space contracts start from just one week and can be extended to as long a term as the tenant wishes.

The offices also offer car parking, and there is a wide range of archiving and business storage solutions available for stock, filing and archives on-site meaning that tenants don’t need to rent additional office space to make additional room for such items.

Safestore also operates dedicated business centres in some UK locations that offer business support such as telephone answering services and meeting and conference rooms are also available for use.

At the business centres, the monthly rental fee is inclusive of all utilities as well as business support services.

All spaces at Safsetore flexible office centres are covered by state-of-the-art security systems as well as 24-hour recorded CCTV and intruder alarms.
