The company provides private offices that will accommodate between 5 and 60 desks where occupiers enjoy access to shared amenities and 24/7 access.
Shared amenities include meeting rooms and breakout space, video conferencing facilities, showers, cafes, printing facilities and support from the community team.
The properties in which the offices are let offer state-of-the-art ventilation and ample cycling facilities as well as access to abundant outdoor space.
The fully fitted offices are ready-to-go and tenants can be up and running within a day. Licences are flexible with terms of 6 months.
The properties also offer large private office suites that will accommodate between 25 and 100 desks.
These offices are equipped with private amenities and tenants can choose from a range of finishes and layouts.
Office space for rent for requirements for space for 100 desks and upwards is also available.
The leased office spaces can be completely tailored to the tenant’s bespoke needs. Terms start at 12 months and the minimum floor space is 6,000 sqft.
All the leased spaces come with VRF Air conditioning, integral LED Lighting and a minimum floor-to-ceiling height of 2.7m as standard.
Scale Space also offers a range of meeting rooms that can be hired by members and non-members. The well-equipped spaces will accommodate between 3 and 24 people
There is also a hireable training room that will accommodate up to 32 participants and a presentation space that will accommodate 70.
