The full-time dedicated office spaces are fully furnished, internet and phone-ready, and tenants enjoy access to meeting rooms, common areas, and a wide range of shared building amenities.

Tenants are also supported by on-site receptionists, technical support, and maintenance teams.

The flexible private office contracts also allow businesses to grow into larger suites as they expand, too.

Uniquely, the company offers furnished office cul-de-sacs that give companies the option to have 2 to 6 connected offices in a ‘mini-suite’ setting.

The cluster of office suites can be connected with doors in between rooms or in a private cul-de-sac built specifically for one company.

Team Rooms and bullpen offices are also available for teams ranging from 5 to 25 people.

The contiguous team rooms also allow companies to increase capacity to well over 150 desks and can be arranged in a wide variety of configurations.

Open-plan private office spaces for rent are also available ranging from 500 sqft to 3,500 sqft.

Office rent is always all-inclusive covering 24/7 secure access, utilities, 24/7 heating, and air conditioning, cleaning, maintenance services, reception support, on-site cafe, tech support, and much more.

Full-time clients enjoy complimentary meeting room hours and these can also be booked hourly, daily or weekly, or longer.

The 30 highly equipped meeting rooms are available in a wide range of sizes and catering services are also available.

These can be hired by non-residents of the building, too.
