Its Private Offices offer unlimited access plus 5 hours of free meeting room use per month plus printing credits.
WE Hub also offers a range of coworking solutions.
It offers an Allocated Desk membership that provides a dedicated desk for members with unlimited access. This plan also offers 5 hours of free meeting room use per month and printing credits.
The Allocated Desk coworking membership also provides a locker for the member.
WE Hub also offers 2 Hot Desking membership plans that offer either unlimited access or the use of workspace for 10 hours per week.
Both desk space plans offer reduced rates on meeting room use and printing facilities, and lockers are also available.

Who are Work Avenue?
Work Avenue is an employment and business charity that is based at the Wohl Enterprise Hub or WE Hub.
Established in 2015, the 6,5000 square foot building in Finchley Central was fitted out to provide fixed desking, hot-desking, break-out pods, private offices to let, meeting and conference rooms and a cafe.
In December 2024, its second dedicated shared workspace property, WE Hub at the Belmont, was opened in Manchester.
Individuals and businesses based at WE Hub work on their own projects but also have the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas.
Members also have access to mentorship, one-to-one advice sessions and regular workshops on topics crucial to business development.
Works Avenue is a charity-based flexible workspace provider that provides office space and coworking desk space as well as business support to over 3,000 people annually through its WE Hubs.
It offers a full range of support services, including providing advice and guidance to support people into or back into work, helping place people into suitable employment, training people with contemporary and commercial skills, and increasing the success rate and long-term sustainability of new and existing businesses
Following a recent survey of WE Hub members, 86% said the one-to-one meetings boosted their confidence, and 88% said that their minds were opened to new possibilities.
As well as workspace and support services, WE Hub also provides access to bursaries to help with business development.
