What types of flexible workspace products does Workplace provide?

Workplace is a central Manchester workspace, offering five different flexible workspace options. Entrepreneurs and start-ups can choose to use the space to hot desk, either full-time or part-time, while you can also sign a contract for dedicated desk space. Alternatively, choose a fully serviced private office, or simply book Workplace’s meeting spaces as and when required.

Workplace also offers a mailing address service, along with mail forwarding if required.

Who are Workplace?

Workplace was founded in 2015 by a team of three people with backgrounds in premium hospitality. They wanted to bring their expertise in creating premium experiences within hospitality businesses to the flexible workspace environment, with the aim of creating Manchester’s most personalised co-working venue.

Their workspace offering includes super-fast WiFi as standard, as well as 24-hour access to the premises. There is both bike storage and discounted parking included within every membership, as well as a meet and greet service, showers and lockers, and an all-inclusive kitchen. What’s more, Cake Wednesdays are a popular inclusion within the Workplace offering.

Workplace membership options offer flexibility. Hot desk membership can be either full-time or part-time, while private offices are available on either a full-time or pay-as-you-go basis. With personal desk spaces, you’ll be able to rent a booth to give you privacy, while also being able to intermix with other start-ups in an open-plan office space, as well as in the lounge area which is shared by every business that works within the building.
