The company effectively leases office space from the landlord and then transforms the space into a luxury business centre that contains a range of workspace options including co-working desks, private offices in a range of sizes and meeting room facilities.

The business centres offer a wide range of options as they often span several floors – Signature rented 80,000 square feet of office space at 100 Bishopsgate in the City of London, for instance, which has been converted into flexible workspace solutions for multiple companies.

In this property, there are over 100 office suites to choose from, over 40 coworking desks and 6 meeting rooms.

Private offices are available on flexible short-term contracts. The space is fully managed so there is one all-inclusive monthly fee to cover property overheads.

The licence agreements allow an occupier to upsize or downsize their suite making for an efficient future-proof solution.

The offices can be customised for each occupier with a range of tailored options including choices of furniture.

The premium coworking space options available include Hot Desking options and Dedicated Desks.
