Facts about Soho Works

Why choose Soho Works flexible office space?

Having run private members’ clubs since 1995, the company knows a thing or two about running exclusive coworking office spaces in London as well as other types of space.

In fact, the global commercial property portfolio includes studio spaces, restaurants, cinemas, hotels and event spaces for team away days, collaborative sessions and other types of activities.

The company is run on a set of foundations that make up its ESG programme and includes initiatives that help it to strengthen the positive impact of its business on the environment and also use the power of its platform to make a positive social impact.

As a part of this, its 2030 goals include achieving net zero on its Scope 1 & 2 emissions, offsetting 100% of company travel, making sure 80% of all waste produced is sent to recycling, reducing the use of single-use plastics, reducing water use and funding essential clean water projects and will ensure all suppliers are signed up to its supplier code of conduct.

And, as part of its Diversity and Inclusion goals, it will ensure that at least 15% of its annual procurement spend is allocated to diverse-owned or led businesses.
