Spaces Austin Office and Coworking Buildings

Spaces made its Austin debut on Congress Avenue in 2019; however, it subsequently relocated its operations to another building on the Downtown avenue, near its intersection with Cesar Chavez.

Spaces now offers its popular flexible workspace options at the iconic One Eleven Congress. Formerly known as One Congress Plaza, the striking red granite 30-floor building is one of Austin’s landmarks.

Standing out due to its size and design, the property features a one-acre sunken plaza outside, which includes trees, a food hall, water features, and park benches. It is also the setting of the Austin Museum of Art (AMOA) show.

It is located close to Brush Square, the waterfront, and the Austin Convention Centre. A bus stop is on the doorstep, and the Downtown Light Rail Station is only an eight-minute walk away.

Spaces’ second Austin building is Westview, located in a highly convenient location at 316 W 12th Street. The Capitol Station Bus Stop is on the doorstep, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is less than eight miles away. Members also love being just minutes away from Bowie Street, Lavaca Street and Nueces Street.

Both offer design-led office spaces with flexible contracts and a range of other workspace options, including dedicated desks, hot desks, virtual office memberships and meeting rooms.
