Spaces Dubai Office and Coworking Properties

Spaces launched its first location in Dubai in April 2023 as part of the brand’s response to the increased popularity of hybrid working at the time. Its parent company, IWG, also opened other locations across the UAE region as part of the dynamic response.

IWG referenced reports showing that employee satisfaction was a high priority for businesses in the UAE, especially since the National Programme for Happiness and Wellbeing was launched in 2016.

A 2022 Gallup report revealed that almost half of the surveyed workers in the UAE strongly agreed that their employers care about their overall well-being.

Space’s hybrid philosophy strongly emphasises the human impact and the better work-life balance it offers employees. Therefore, it was felt that a flexible workspace building in Dubai would help local and travelling workers reduce their commuting times and work in a way that suits them.

The building that was launched in 2023 was in CommerCity. It was chosen for its central location and proximity to the airport, making it ideal for networking and collaboration for companies, professionals, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Spaces CommerCity offers fully serviced office space and workspace with super-fast Wi-Fi, breakout areas, and over 70 car parking spots.

CommerCity is one of Dubai’s premier free zones dedicated entirely to digital commerce in the Middle East, Africa, and Southern Asia (MEASA) region. It offers a wealth of business and logistics facilities; the development also has a vibrant social hub with eclectic food halls, restaurants, cafes, and art galleries.

Members enjoy access to the following facilities on flexible terms with agreements that can be easily exited or extended and spaces that can be efficiently scaled or contracted in line with changing business needs.

It offers private office spaces, coworking and dedicated desk membership plans, bookable meeting rooms, and virtual office packages. Members also enjoy access to a full calendar of networking events.

Since 2023, Spaces has also launched two further buildings in Dubai — Arjaan Office Tower in Dubai Media City and Madina Tower at Jumeirah Lake Towers. All three offer a wide range of flexible business space solutions.
