Spaces London Offices

Spaces, also known as ‘Spacesworks’, is a brand operating under the International Workplace Group (IWG) corporation which is a publicly listed company with decades of legacy.

Its CEO describes Spaces as its “cooler cowork brand” and its easy to see why as its workspaces are inhabited by forward thinkers, innovators and game changers.

The flex space provider offers private office spaces to let to businesses of all sizes from single entrepreneurs to multinational companies, a range of individual and corporate coworking membership plans, virtual office packages and meeting rooms that can be hired by the hour, half-day, full day or longer.

Each of the spaces also has a community manager who organises professional events and hospitality services within energetic environments.

Spaces was founded in 2008 and now offers its office space, coworking spaces and meeting rooms in 498 locations around the globe and, in 2023, it was announced that it had plans to open a further 1,000 new locations due to the increased adoption of hybrid working practices which the Spaces portfolio works perfectly for.
