The flexible space company provides these options in 12 locations across the UK including Bristol, Cardiff, Leicester, Nottingham, Swansea and Telford.
The flexi office suites are available on short-term lets as well as for longer terms. The plug-and-play office rooms are ready-to-go complete with CAT 5 cabling and are priced on an all-inclusive basis so the monthly fee includes gas, electricity, water and rates.
Occupiers enjoy access to well-appointed kitchens and have access to meeting rooms and conference rooms equipped with multimedia facilities. Printing and copying facilities are also available.
Storage Giant prides itself on providing private and secure serviced offices and the facilities are protected with PIN code access with biometric fingerprint door locks.
The modern office suites are carpeted, centrally heated, double-glazed and fitted with low-glare lighting. Each office comes with a dedicated storage unit, too.
All facilities are positioned in easy-to-access locations and have excellent car parking facilities making them an ideal option as ‘near home’ workspaces within hybrid working models.
The small and medium-sized offices are available on easy-in and easy-out flexible contracts and are available in a range of sizes from 1-person offices sized at approximately 110 square feet up to 5-person offices that are sized at approximately 265 square feet.
