Office space rental fees are all-inclusive and cover electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, maintenance, cleaning of communal areas, and other overheads normally paid separately when renting an office on a lease.
Occupiers also benefit from the support of staff who are on-site 7 days a week, IT support and postal facilities, too.
