What types of flexible workspace products do Argyll provide?

Argyll is, essentially, a premium workplace and business club in Central London with locations including the West End, City, and Midtown.

The company provides workspace in Grade I, Grade II and prime Grade A office buildings in the City, Kensington and Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, Covent Garden Mayfair, Marylebone, Midtown, Soho, St James’s, Victoria and Westminster.

Argyll provides private lounges, fully serviced offices and hireable meeting rooms.

Argyll currently offers three separate membership options:

Residential Membership – this membership provides fully serviced office space within one of their premium locations.

Portfolio Membership – this provides flexible working access to business lounges and hot desks within a select number of strategically positioned properties within their portfolio. Members gain access to premium workspace environments and business support services.

Virtual Membership – this membership allows businesses to be registered at some of London’s finest addresses. This membership also provides mail handling and telephone answering services.

In May 2021, Argyll launched its ‘Hub & Flex’ hybrid working product.

In a reaction to the changing use of the office following the Covid-19 pandemic, the product is designed to allow businesses to create a ‘hub’ or headquarters office base in one of their luxury flexible workspace properties. With this product, clients receive a complimentary hot-desking ‘flex’ solution for every two desk spaces within the ‘hub’ private office. These flex hot-desking ‘passes’ can be used in any of Argyll’s central London offices.
