The Boutique Workplace Company (TBWC), as the name suggests, is a boutique office provider and has been providing unique, design-led, unbranded serviced office space in London and other UK locations since 2008.
Now offering 34 flexible workplace properties, TBWC operates spaces that are home to 300 businesses of all sizes, from one-person bands to multinational businesses, from a diverse range of over 150 industries.
TBWC’s products include private serviced offices, virtual office packages, hireable meeting rooms, event spaces hire, and The Boutique Members Club which provides members with access to multiple coworking lounges in London.
The serviced office provider’s first property was a 12,000-square-foot office on Chancery Lane, and off the back of the success of that property, its portfolio quickly grew.
In September 2022, TBWC leased the whole of the 25,000-square-foot Sovereign Gate development which was a former town centre police station. The letting was the largest office leasing deal in Richmond in five years.
TBWC applied its unique treatment and made the property DDA compliant with lift access, dog-friendly, and fitted showers and space to store bikes with secure bike racks.
With ESG and sustainability in mind, the flex space provider ensured it was fitted out ensuring the basics were met such as sensor LED lighting and ensured the building was certified with an EPC rating of A.
It now offers private office space on flexible terms to companies seeking office space to accommodate between 1-100+ employees and, as with all boutique workplaces, occupiers experience transparent all-inclusive packages.
In January 2023, TBWC’s announced the opening its 34th location following the renovation of the ornate Holborn Town Hall.
