The private office plans are categorised in the following ways,

Private Offices for 2 – 100 Staff

The private serviced offices are state-of-the-art and offer tenants unlimited around-the-clock access.

Providing a secure and lockable office suite within a vibrant shared office building offers the best of privacy and community and reduces the need for Capex or the burden of unpredictive commercial property overheads.

Occupiers of private offices enjoy free access to meeting rooms as well as the following amenities and features,

These are all-inclusive offices, and the monthly fee covers rent, business rates, utilities, cleaning, upkeep and other items, and occupiers also enjoy access to the private office concierge service which offers facilities management assistance.

Tailormade Offices for Teams of 2 – 250

These are private flexible offices designed for larger teams.

The Brew will source, design and manage a business’s office on their behalf and to their bespoke specifications.

These are no Capex offices as The Brew takes care of the upfront costs and kitting out of the new office. This includes the associated professional fees, design team costs and fit-out specialist rates, as well as charges for equipment, furniture and infrastructure.

Occupiers work closely with the team of designers that will create the perfect office space environment in terms of branding, design and fit-out. The managed office occupier is presented with CGIs and the final design for approval before the commencement of the fit-out.

The managed office is completely tailored to the tenant’s exact requirements including the layout, fit-out, partitioning, air conditioning, cabling, secure IT networking, furnishings, kitchen areas, break-out zones and any other desired features.

Managed office tenants also enjoy access to hyper-responsive customer service and facilities management teams, as well as the calendar of social, and business networking and health and wellness sessions.

The offices are fully managed on an ongoing basis and are available via a range of flexible lease arrangements with all-inclusive monthly fees.

Enterprise Offices for 250+ Staff

The Brew also provides managed office space solutions for enterprises and corporations.

These follow exactly the same model as ‘Tailormade Offices’ however are for larger requirements of 250+ that require managed office space for multiple departments and therefore may require multiple floors, a wing or a whole office building.

The company has also created their ‘Flexi-Office’ product which is an on-demand office space service.

Occupiers can rent office space for a minimum of four hours as frequently as they wish.

The offices can be rented by the half-day, day or week and offer fully functioning office space on-demand and with no commitment.

Features of these pay-as-you-go office solutions include lightning-fast and stable internet, inclusive meeting room access and complimentary refreshments.

The flexible workspace company also offer a range of coworking membership packages that include Hotdesking memberships and Dedicated Desk Space memberships.
