Private Offices are available at The Commons in a range of sizes to suit requirements for space for between 1 and 5 desks.

The furnished offices are equipped with ergonomic chairs and height-adjustable desks and the suites are separated with acoustical soundboards and include glass privacy screening,

Offices also include a filing cabinet, mail service, and a logo that can be placed on the door.

The large offices also have storage closets and individual temperature control.

All office rental packages include meeting rooms and printing credits, too.

Dedicated Desk spaces can be rented at the property, too. The reserved large desks are separated with acoustical partitions and are complete with an ergonomic chair and a filing cabinet. Members are welcome to make the desk their own and can even bring their own plant!

There is also a range of coworking membership options available that offer a mix of full-time and part-time access privileges.

The Unlimited Coworking plan offers 24/7 access to all shared workspaces including the use of hot desks, cafe areas, kitchens, and phone booths. It also includes a storage locker and printing and meeting room credits.

The commercial property is equipped with state-of-the-art business technologies though with fast and reliable WIFI with backup providers, copiers, and printers.
