Private office rentals are available at The Harlem Collective suiting requirements for space for between 1 and 10 desks.
All utilities and high-speed FIOS Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rental fee and leases are flexible.
Just 3 months’ commitment is required and just 1 month’s notice at any time after that is required.
Tenants enjoy 24/7 access, mail, and package services, conference room credits, access to copy and print facilities
Dedicated Desks are also available to rent where members can set up their own work area and store belongings in the lockable drawers. Dedicated Desk members enjoy access between 8 am and 10 pm, 7 days a week.
Memberships are very flexible with no minimum commitment and require just 1 month’s notice.
Members enjoy conference room credits, mail and package services, and access to copy and print facilities and the desk rental fee is all-inclusive.
Hot Desks are also available at the Harlem coworking space and members can just rock up and pick a free desk in the open-plan shared workspace area.
Hot Deskers can work in the Hot Desk area, the member lounge, or up on the roof deck.
Locker storage is not included but a locker can be provided for a fee.
This is another zero-commitment coworking membership with just 1 month’s notice required and pricing is dependent on whether a Full-Time or Part-Time option is chosen.
For those not wanting to rent an Uptown office but would like a business presence, The Harlem Collective offers a virtual office service that provides a mailing address.
Air-conditioned meeting rooms are also available to hire in 15-minute increments. These will seat between 5 and 8 guests and can be booked on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM.
