Private offices for teams of 2 – 3 people measuring approximately 250 sqft are available as well as office suites with space for 6 desks measuring approximately 500 sqft.

The offices are fully furnished and serviced with the office rent inclusive of utilities, business rates, cleaning and other commercial property overheads.

Occupational arrangements are flexible with short office lets available via a 12-month Licence to Occupy.

About The Management Centre

The Management Centre is a conferencing and events centre, and wedding venue with 4* Visit Wales accommodation. It is set on the campus of Bangor University that dates back to 1884 – which is, incidentally, the name of its highly acclaimed restaurant and bar where patrons can enjoy food from a seasonal menu as well as stunning views of the Menai Strait.

Launched in 2008, The Management Centre was created by Bangor University with backing from the European Union, with a mission to combine international excellence with the exercise of leadership in local business education and regional development.

Since launching, it has enjoyed a growing volume of annual footfall through its international conferencing and events programme and, in 2017, 20,000 people were accommodated at the property and it was visited by 80,000 guests.

An eclectic range of visitors to The Management Centre has included members of the royal family, rock stars, government ministers and Game of Thrones cast members.

The Management Centre acts as a formidable link between academia and business through select strategic initiatives such as The Bangor University Business Club, acting as the Institute of Directors (IoD) hub for North Wales, and its relationships with training and development providers, Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM).
