In 2021, flexible office space operator plans to open its 3rd serviced office – in Telford. St James’ House in Central Park will be the company’s biggest project to date – offering over 50,000 square feet of flexible space over four floors.
The £8m project will produce 50 private serviced offices with a total of 250 desk spaces. Two floors of the property will provide open-plan office space that can accommodate a single tenant or can be configured to offices for multiple tenants in suites of varying sizes.
