The Space provides unique workspaces that are characterised by style, simplicity and flexibility and are designed to create the perfect balance of work, rest and play.

The Space creates flexible offices and workspaces in London in Aldgate EC3A, Holborn WC1V, Liverpool Street EC2M, Mayfair W1K, two locations on Old Street EC1V, Regent Street W1B and Shoreditch E1.

The provider offers flexible office space solutions, meeting spaces and virtual office packages:

Flexible Office Space – The operator creates private office spaces that are suitable for one to 100+ desk spaces. Occupiers can choose either fully-furnished office suites or flexible unfurnished office suites to make their own. All facilities and property management is outsourced and flexible term contracts are available from three months to three years.

Meeting Space – all of The Space’s properties include professional meeting spaces that are hireable on-demand. Clients can choose to hire meeting spaces from half an hour up to week-long blocks. These pay-as-you-go workspaces are available in a range of sizes suitable for one-to-one interviews up to team gatherings. All of these are equipped with the latest communications technology and are stocked with a generous supply of biscuits!

Virtual Office Packages – these solutions offer a professional business address, telephone number and access to meeting spaces. The packages also include mail-handling services and access to touchdown spaces in which to attend to emails, power up your laptop and you, too, with a complimentary coffee.

All of The Space’s locations are equipped with the latest business technology and are available at affordable prices due to the economies of scale achieved. Flex space occupiers can choose from packages ranging from a dedicated 1-meg line up to 1,000 megs. There is also on-site support for all IT and phone solutions.

The properties that The Space operate are fitted out with various breakout areas that range in style and size – from private work booths to communal kitchen areas.

There is also a range of private phone booths for phone and video chats – these provide soundproof workspace solutions within a buzzing work environment.

Possibly at the opposite end of the spectrum are the terraces that The Space provide access to at their properties. These provide a sense of space, fresh air, and views of London for inspirational boosts throughout the day.

The Space was founded in 2004 and, today provides unique flexible workspace locations across central London in the West End, City and East London.

Catering to entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and corporations, The Space creates offices and workspace solutions with space for one desk up to 100+ desks.

The company provides private serviced office suites in a range of sizes, a variety of on-demand touchdown office space solutions, meeting room solutions and virtual office packages.

In March 2023, it was announced that The Space’s 9 prime office buildings in London would be running alongside Landmark workspace provider’s portfolio following a merger.

However, The Space would remain a distinct brand of its own.
