The coworking properties offer a range of break-out spaces including courtyard gardens, fully equipped kitchens with Quooker taps, shower facilities, ergonomic chairs and lunch bars. Some sites also have free beer taps.

Companies and teams can rent up to 6 desks in a cluster if they wish.

About The Wheelhouses

Established In 2017, by a group of founders that had previous experiences working in various corporate office spaces and were, at the time, self-employed.

They soon realised that working from home was not for them, and nor was working in soulless cheap office rentals.

They decided to create their own workspace solution for remote workers, start-ups, freelancers and hybrid workers.

They wanted to create a space that provided the same level of quality as a corporate headquarters office, but with character, soul and a friendly community.

The space they chose was a converted chapel and this was the beginning of the creation of a portfolio of friendly and affordable coworking spaces around the UK with business support services.

Facts about The Wheelhouse

Why choose The Wheelhouse coworking space?

Even though The Wheelhouse coworking properties are perfect for self-employed people and remote workers, the team behind the coworking operation understand that coworking has become increasingly popular with small teams – whether this be growing start-ups or, post-pandemic, hybrid workers. Therefore The Wheelhouse is happy for teams to rent clusters of up to 6 desks.

The team loves to nurture the wider community at their properties. It runs a full calendar of both business and social events ranging from talks by digital marketing experts to ‘Thirsty Thursdays’.

Designed by people who were once searching for the perfect workspace themselves, the spaces are beautifully furnished and well-equipped with mindful interior design, with many offering fantastic views such as those from the Loft Offices at The Wheelhouse Oxford.

Another reason to consider The Wheelhouse is that introductory offers are often available to those looking to rent workspace for the first time.

The Wheelhouse always chooses office buildings that are served well by public transport and most sites offer bike storage, too.

The rapidly growing commercial property company is looking for new spaces in strategic locations across the UK. It works with office space landlords that are willing to work with them due to the success of their business model, and the fact that so many Wheelhouse members would recommend their spaces.
