The Workshed provides a range of workspace and office space solutions in Swindon some of which are used by remote workers looking for an alternative to working from home, and by businesses looking for a cool space in which to base their business.
Offices to let are available in a range of sizes from 150 sqft to 750 sqft so will accommodate teams requiring space for between 2 and 15 people depending on layout.
Similar to renting office space in Swindon on a lease, the offices are priced on a square foot basis.
The offices are unfurnished so can be set up however the tenant likes and 12 hours of meeting room usage per month are included in the office rental fee. It is discounted once the allowance is used up.
There is a range of Hot Desk co-working tariffs for those looking to rent a desk and the pricing is based on the hours used per month.
These memberships also include meeting room allowances.
There is also a Dedicated Desk option which provided a designated permanent desk in a shared workspace. This membership grants 24/7 access, a mailbox and lockers and meeting room credits.
The meeting rooms can be hired by tenants and non-tenants on a half-day and full-day basis. There are four different meeting rooms and the largest will accommodate up to 16 delegates.
Parking is available for a daily or monthly fee.

Workshed is an initiative led by Swindon Borough Council and supported by Switch On To Swindon which promotes Swindon as a great place to work, live and invest in.
They have taken the carriage works that were created by Isambard Kingdom Brunel during the creation of the Great Western Railway and regenerated them into a buzzing work hub with a vibrant community – one that we’re sure the great engineer would be proud of.
The shared workspace property is managed by The Enterprise Network, which is a Wiltshire Council initiative to support businesses across Swindon and Wiltshire.
Offering a range of workspace solutions for both individuals and businesses, the space is popular with those in the creative, digital and tech sectors, although all are welcome.
