Facts about Titanic Suites

Why choose Titanic Suites office space in Belfast?

Its unique and characterful listed commercial property is located in Belfast’s thriving business district amongst Belfast’s leading businesses and institutions.

Although the property that sits behind Belfast City Hall has over a century of history, it offers modern office space with state-of-the-art technologies.

During the pandemic, the property was significantly upgraded with improvements in technology, telecoms and a new medical-grade air purification system was installed for its meeting rooms.

And, in March 2022, the workspace operator announced a further £100,000 of investment into the office building following a doubling of its portfolio of clients in the preceding nine months.

Coincidentally, also in 2022, a scheme to revitalise Adelaide Street in order to make Belfast a more “accessible and liveable” city was substantially completed.

The pilot project was delivered by a partnership between the Infrastructure Fund and Belfast City Council with an aim to contribute to the Northern Ireland city’s shared agenda of placemaking through the development of a greener, more accessible, liveable and age-friendly city.

The scheme created the provision of additional space for walking, resting, play and outdoor dining and includes solar lighting, shelter, bike parking and significant greening along the street.

Adelaide Street is cited as an ideal place in Belfast to locate a business due to the close proximity of amenities of coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, entertainment venues and hotels and the vibrant outdoor street-food and retail market, Trademarket, is just a 5-minute walk away.

Great Victoria Street train station is just a 3-minute walk away, too.
