The plug-and-play offices are available on annual, short-term leases which allow for two months’ notice at any point, providing a highly flexible working solution.
The private serviced office suites are available in a range of sizes from 25 sqm (270 sqft ) to 175 sqm (800 sqft) and are accessible 24/7.
The offices are all-inclusive so the monthly rental fee covers items such as utilities, reception services, telephones, internet and others that would normally be managed and paid for separately when renting an office in Newcastle on a conventional lease.
For those not wishing to rent an office, the Toffee Factory also offers workstations within a Shared Office Space.
The monthly fee for this option covers telephones and internet and you can make use of all the free meeting and communal space within the building too.
