The Office Providers is regulated by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) which is the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction.

The RICS recently celebrated its 150th anniversary – it was incepted in 1792 by a group of 20 surveyors who met at the Westminster Palace Hotel. Today, there are over 130,000 members worldwide.

The RICS sets the professional standards in 17 areas of land, property and real estate ranging from Building Surveying to Commercial Property. The Office Providers is regulated by the Commercial Property Professional Group within the RICS.

The body enforces the highest international standards in the valuation, management, leasing and development of commercial property.
