What types of flexible workspace products do Working From Southwark provide?

Working From offers a wide range of desk space rental plans as well as private workspace studios for rent in Southwark.

Catering to teams requiring workspace as well as individuals, its Southwark property offers 6-person offices and up to 36-person offices for rent.

The private studios are lockable and are equipped with a secure private VLAN.

An Open Studio option is available, too – these are semi-private office spaces with a shutter wall that is open during the day and closed at night. This space is reserved and designated for the team and monitors and equipment can be left overnight.

For desk surfers who like to drop in and out of the property, the Desk Hop membership could be the perfect solution – this is essentially hot desking. Members can’t leave anything on the desks overnight, however, there are lockers available to store essentials.

There is also the Side Hustler membership package that is perfect for those who like to work outside of conventional working hours. This is the cheapest coworking membership in London and provides access after 5.30 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Some of the features that members of Working From Southwark enjoy include:

There is also the rooftop wellness studio offering great views across London that can be enjoyed while taking part in the scheduled daily classes.

The meeting rooms in Southwark all have wall-mounted screens, video conferencing and high levels of natural light. A range of catering options is offered, too.

Who are Working From?

Working From is owned by Ennismore which is a commercial property developer and operator of unique hospitality properties.

The brand launched in 2019 when the company opened workspaces within two of its popular hotels.

Having recognised that its comfortable lobbies were already the preferred unofficial workspaces for so many remote workers and digital nomads, it took everything it had learnt through their feedback and officially launched its shared workspaces.

Designed as a coworking space that feels like home but without distractions, it offers highly-equipped space and a wide range of flexible membership options.

The spaces are equipped with facilities such as wireless phone chargers, chill-out areas, libraries, day beds with Apple TVs, studios in which daily wellness classes are held, restaurants that will deliver food to members’ desks, help-yourself snack pantries, and some membership packages include free hotel stays.

Working From is an international working space provider and operates in Chicago as well as Southwark.
