Their portfolio includes period buildings with unique architecture that are listed. Through WorkPad, clients are able to rent single rooms in office buildings for a monthly payment. WorkPad includes all furniture and amenities with their office spaces, so businesses or individuals can simply walk into the rented office, plug in their devices and get to work. WorkPad received great interest in their initial locations and continued to open office spaces around London to meet the growing demand for high-quality office space ideal for small start-ups and self-employed individuals. The current properties available through WorkPad range between 2,000 and 15,000 sq ft in size.
