What types of flexible workspace products do x+why provide?

X and Why operate multiple flexible workspaces across London, including Chancery Lane, Chiswick, Clapham Junction, Holborn, Marble Arch, Marylebone, Spitalfields, Tottenham Court Road, Victoria, and Whitechapel. X and Why also offer flexi space in Greengate in Salford, Greater Manchester, within walking distance of Manchester city centre, as well as in Birmingham and Milton Keynes.

These spaces include both co-working spaces for individuals and smaller businesses, and private offices for larger businesses, holding between two and 50 people, and hybrid offices.

These workspaces feature super-fast WiFi, access to events and workshops, mood-balanced sound and lighting and a wellness studio and fitness programme with showers and changing rooms, as well as printing facilities, tea, an honesty bar stocked with ethical snacks and drinks and an outdoor courtyard space. There are also communal areas with chairs and sofas, as well as quieter spaces for those working on tasks that require greater focus.
