York Eco Business Centre provides easy-in and low-deposit office space in York at competitive rents.
These are serviced and managed offices so the monthly rental fee is inclusive of utility costs, 24-hour security, cleaning and other commercial property overheads that would paid and managed separately if renting an office in York on a conventional lease.
At the York Eco Business Centre, the leases are flexible with no long-term commitment.
Tenants are supported by the friendly and professional reception team and enjoy the use of fully equipped communal kitchens, franking and photocopying facilities and car parking for themselves and visitors.
York Eco Business Centre also offers a range of meeting rooms for hire that will accommodate 4, 16 and 20 delegates.
The tech-enabled rooms can be set up in a variety of ways including a boardroom set-up and theatre style so can be used for a variety of functions including meetings, training, onboarding, workshops or as collaboration spaces for usually remote teams by hybrid working companies.

Who are York Eco Business Centre?
Opened in 2007, the 20,000-square-foot business space centre is managed by City of York Council (CYC) and offers over 60 office units and studio spaces that range in size from 150 to 550 square feet.
Situated on Clifton Moor office space is available to lease at competitive rates with a flexible approach.
CYC created the space intending to provide fuss-free and flexible bases for a diverse range of businesses in an environmentally friendly setting.
York Eco Business Centre is a thriving community of small businesses from a diverse range of sectors that includes accountants, councillors, health and safety specialists, orthopaedic therapists, microbrewers, plumbers, and travel agents, to name just a few examples.
Clients enjoy the friendly and dynamic feel of the flex office property and also the fact that they can easily grow into a larger space as their business scales.
And, as the name suggests, this is an eco-friendly office space building and was designed to have a minimal impact on the environment, in both its construction and day-to-day operation.
Some of its green features include ground source heating providing controllable heat, rainwater harvesting facilities for toilet systems and watering landscaped areas, high levels of insulation that reduce energy use, water-saving devices fitted to taps and cisterns, and a green Sedum roof garden for use by tenants and their visitors, to name just some of its features.
These features and others contributed to the architect and property developer responsible for creating the York Eco Business Centre receiving the York Design Award in 2009.
