There is also a range of workspace options including open coworking spaces, premium hospitality spaces and meeting rooms throughout the 6-storey property.

The Dedicated Desk option provides a semi-private workspace in a professional coworking environment. This shared office option combines the benefits of coworking with using office space with managed facilities.

Some of the features available with this option include access to printing facilities, charging lockers and private phone booths.

The luxury serviced office option provides a private office for your business and is accessible 24/7. Features include high-speed broadband, AV and conference call facilities, a fully staffed reception providing optional call handling services, mail handling, courier services and access to a varied suite of meeting and board rooms.

These furnished offices are managed by 12 Hay Hill so cleaning and all other related elements are taken care of for you.

As the club is equipped with five-star dining facilities, clients also enjoy in-office room service if you wish to entertain clients or guests in your office.

Members enjoy access to a range of meeting and board rooms that vary in size. These high specification meeting rooms provide elegant private spaces for board meetings, confidential conversations and can be used as a private dining option.

Other facilities and services across the club include business lounges, studies and concierge services.
