Who are BE Offices?
BE Offices was founded in 1994 and is an owner-operator of flexible office space solutions in the UK and Ireland.
BE Offices offer nearly 700,000 square feet of office space in a number of locations across the UK and Ireland.
BE Offices was rebranded from ‘Business Environment’ in 2016.
The company operates several brands, including their primary brand, BE Offices, as well as Headspace Group, BE.SPOKE, &Offices, &Meetings, and Velocity Virtual.
In April 2024, it was announced that BE Offices had disposed of its space at 107 Cheapside in the City of London, and it had been acquired by Halkin.
It was reported in August 2025 that BE Offices had signed a deal for 23,600 square feet at Derwent London’s White Chapel Building.
The deal marked Derwent London’s largest letting of 2025 and BE Offices’ expansion into East London. The office provider was expected to launch the workspace with near full occupancy.
In September 2025, it was announced that the flexible workspace provider had agreed terms to open its first workspace in Dublin, at 5 George’s Dock in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), D1.
Due to open Q1 2026, the hospitality-led, multi-layer flex provision will offer fully serviced offices by BE Offices, fully customisable managed offices for larger requirements, delivered by BE.SPOKE, and meeting, conference, event space and community engagement powered by &Meetings.
