Cubo provides flexible office space and workspace solutions within Grade-A office buildings in London and across the UK in Birmingham, Derby, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield.
As part of its Enterprise Solutions, it offers Studios that will accommodate 200 + desks. These are lockable whole (or half) floors entirely for one company and are fully equipped with office desks, chairs and lockable pedestals, or occupiers can furnish and brand themselves.
This option provides private amenities and meeting rooms, although members enjoy access to all Cubo buildings and their communal amenities.
Cubo also provides Private Offices with space for between 1 and 50 desks. These are lockable offices with partition frosting and occupier logos and branding.
The Ready-to-go Private Offices are equipped with office chairs, desks and lockable pedestals; however, occupiers can use their own furniture if desired.
Offices are cleaned and managed by Cubo, and occupiers enjoy the free events held in the buildings, as well as communal amenities such as meeting rooms.
Cubo also offers coworking solutions in the form of Dedicated Desk and Hot Desk memberships.
Memberships also offer access to networking and social events and the use of meeting rooms on a bookable basis.
Cubo endeavours to offer full flexibility to all its members. It does not offer office leases but memberships, including day passes, pay-as-you-go, month-rolling, and long-term contracts.
Cubo also provides UK-wide coverage combined with flexible contracts to accommodate business growth.
