What types of flexible workspace products do FORA provide?

FORA provides flexible workspaces in eleven locations across central London and Reading. Open 24 hours a day, these workspaces each have their own identity and offer the choice between a private office, a personal desk or the use of flexible desk space. In addition, you will find event spaces, sound-masking technology to improve focus, healthy food offerings and complimentary meeting room credits included in membership packages.

Who are FORA?

FORA’s founders have professional backgrounds in hospitality, financial services and festival operations. They launched FORA in 2014 after realising that the workplace was due a hospitality-focused revolution.

Their motivation to launch FORA came from their belief that “the office was stuck in the last century”, as well as a desire to innovate the working experience in every aspect.

In 2022, FORA announced that it was merging with The Office Group and, in November 2023, it was announced that the two flexible office space companies would be creating one single consumer-facing brand ‘Fora’ and that this would operate under the parent company, The Office Group.

Facts about FORA 

• FORA features a concierge service for tasks like coordinating social activities for members and providing postal services.
• There are five event spaces across the FORA sites, with capacities from 24 to 250 people.
• FORA is focused on wellness, from free lunchtime meditation sessions to small group mental wellness sessions.
