What sort of flexible workspace does The Office Group provide?

TOG offers a variety of workspace options including private serviced offices, coworking lounges, closed-door coworking areas, business lounge space, meeting rooms and event spaces.

The company provides design-led workspaces that are created with well-respected architects including dMFK architects, Ben Adams Architect, and Wells Mackereth and Scott Brownrigg.

Flex space options available within the TOG portfolio cater for teams ranging in size from 2 to 400 members.

Many of The Office Group’s buildings include on-site facilities such as cafes, fitness studios event spaces with bars, quiet libraries, meditation rooms, and outside spaces including terraces, balconies and rooftop gardens with panoramic city views.

TOG also provides virtual office services enabling members’ use of their home building address for their business with professional call answering and forwarding and mail handling.

The company also provides studio spaces complete with production packages in which to create podcasts, and film commercials and other productions.

Who are The Office Group?

The Office Group (TOG) was founded in 2003 and now operates 51 locations in the UK and Germany.

The company provides serviced offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces and virtual addresses.

Iconic office buildings within their portfolio include One Canada Square and The Shard – the UK’s tallest commercial property.

TOG provide a wide range of flex space products suitable for various scales of business from start-ups and SMEs to multinationals – their client list includes Adobe, DropBox, Facebook and Santander, to name a few.

Working in partnership with Network Rail, a joint venture named The Station Office Network, has been formed which provides flexible office space in railway stations throughout the UK’s major cities.  The initiative now provides flex workspace in mainline railway stations including Liverpool Street, Leeds, Marylebone, Paddington Victoria, and Waterloo.

In 2019, TOG acquired its first buildings outside of the UK with an expansion into mainland Europe with the five buildings due to open in the proceeding years.

In 2022, The Office Group announced that it was merging with Fora and in November 2023, it was announced that the two companies would create one single consumer-facing brand, Fora, that would operate under the parent company, The Office Group.
