The campus offers private serviced offices suitable for 2 desks and the larger serviced offices will accommodate 6 desks.

The coworking spaces have breakout areas and sofas to read or relax in and members enjoy free access to the ground floor working space every third Wednesday of the month.

Meeting rooms for hire will accommodate between 2 and 14 attendees and the event space will accommodate between 30 and 180 guests depending on the layout.

Occupiers enjoy fresh food and speciality coffee served daily until 4pm at the campus cafes and there are outdoor meeting spaces available for the warmer months.

Members also enjoy access to the West Midlands 5G Accelerator as well as a programme of 200+ health, well-being and social events every year including the Summer BBQ.

The buildings provide on-site car parking and electric vehicle charging as well as a cycle store, lockers and shower facilities.

Enterprise Wharf offers office space for rent in Birmingham on a leased basis.

In total, it offers 120,000 sqft office space comprising 10 floors of 12,000 sqft floor plates suitable for larger office space requirements.
