MYO Flexible Office Space

What types of flexible workspace products do MYO provide?

Unlike other flexible working space providers, MYO operates out of three distinct templates (though these are only there to serve as a jumping board, and unique variations are strongly encouraged).

Customers can choose from three models: Natural, Boutique, and Urban.

As the name suggests, Natural office spaces are derived from nature. Natural offices will feature pared-back colour palettes, and lots of greenery, and are designed to evoke a sense of serenity — a far cry from the traditional office environment.

Meanwhile, Boutique spaces offer sophisticated style. Rich, warm colours help to create a focused office environment, as well as a sense of grandeur inspired by the iconic Westminster Cathedral.

Finally, Urban offices provide a more playful atmosphere. Bold colours and raw finishes create a sense of modernity, and each space is considered interactive. The Urban template is ideal for creativity and collaboration.

While each template is designed to suit a particular kind of need, MYO strongly suggests that businesses customise the environment to suit their own unique ethos.

In 2021, the parent company of MYO, Landsec, announced it had acquired a 75% interest in MediaCity in Salford Quays.

The 37-acre scheme is home to the BBC, ITV, The Hut Group and other high-profile occupiers and, at the time, had been granted planning permission to develop another 1.6 million square feet of space.

In 2022, the flexible office landlord announced that it would be adding over 150,000 sqft of flexible business space options to its portfolio.

In May 2023, Landsec announced that it would be converting three further buildings to provide 139,000 square feet of flexible office space to its London portfolio.

Its flexible workspace options would be available in a 45,000-square-foot building at New Street Square in the City, 48,000 square feet of flex space would be provided at The Forge in Bankside, and 46,000 square feet of flexible workspace would be made available at One New Change by St Paul’s.

Who are MYO?

Flexible office space provider MYO claims to bring “something new” to the table when it comes to co-working environments. While the co-working and flexible office space market has boomed in recent years, Myo hopes to stand out among the rest.

Instead of providing a one-size-fits-all approach to customers, MYO hopes to allow businesses’ unique team cultures to thrive and flourish — MYO’s workspaces are just there to help that happen.

With flexible leasing terms, affordable pricing, and seamless customer service, MYO’s flexible office spaces are ideal for those hoping to break out of day-to-day office life and find something new to suit their needs.

In January 2024, it was announced that MYO’s parent company Landsec had rented out the final floor that was available by way of a lease at its Lucent Piccadilly scheme, to Verition Fund Management.

This left only flexible office space and workspace solutions available at the scheme through the MYO offering at Lucent.
